CSFX, running from June 4-6, 2015 in Edmonton, will kick off its 11th year bringing together marketing champions -- from home and around the world -- together with host partner Canada Soccer to draw upon the energy and excitement of the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™.

LOCAL PLAYS. GLOBAL CHAMPIONS.

"We are extremely proud to welcome Stacey Allaster to CSFX 2015," said Mark Harrison, President and CEO, TrojanOne Ltd. and CSFX Chair. "There's a nice symbolism in bringing on a Canadian with global clout on the international sport business scene. We're honoured to have her on board."

STACEY ALLASTER: Feature Keynote Speaker and Workshop Leader, CSFX 2015

Rising from a junior to a collegiate player, to Tournament Director in Toronto, to a VP of Tennis Canada to President of the WTA, Stacey now serves as the second longest-serving Chairman and CEO of the world's leading professional sport organization for women, the Florida-based WTA. In her tenure with the WTA, she has delivered nearly a billion dollars in contracted revenues.

Allaster will deliver a keynote titled 'Power to Inspire: Turning Local Triumphs into Global Wins,' focused on the global successes that have driven the WTA to new heights on the world stage. She will explore a local case study on the WTA's business strategy in China, and how the organization overcame the barriers to enter the market to develop the WTA brand internationally, earning her the Great Wall Friendship Award for her instrumental role in facilitating the development of Beijing.

In addition to delivering a feature keynote speech, Allaster will host a workshop titled 'Building the Road to Success: The Power of Women in Sport' focused on the empowerment of female leaders in executive roles. A women's-only workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to learn strategies into how they can navigate their careers to secure leadership positions. As an entrepreneurial leader, Stacey has helped women guide their careers and empowered them into leadership roles in a number of industries.

"I am particularly excited to be a part of this year's CSFX event and I look forward to coming home to Canada," said Stacey Allaster, Chairman and CEO of the WTA. "The local and global theme gives us a timely and powerful platform to draw those important parallels between women in sport with women in leadership roles, and I look forward to discussing this and more with our delegates."
