CSI Financial Management Software Increases Market Share

EASLEY, SC--(Marketwire - September 1, 2009) - CSI Technology Outfitters' (Computer Software Innovations, Inc.) (OTCBB: CSWI) acquisitions of financial management software operations continue to drive expansion, both geographically and in market share. McAleer, a Mobile, Alabama-based company acquired by CSI in January 2007, was focused on financial management software sales to the K-12 market, predominantly in Alabama. ICS, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, was acquired by CSI in April 2008. ICS was focused on financial management software sales to the municipal market in North Carolina.

"One of the primary goals in our acquisition of these two strong companies was to increase our market share in their respective geographic regions while acquiring excellent employees who know the public sector market very well," said Nancy Hedrick, CSI's Chief Executive Officer. We've also picked up municipal clients in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama since the acquisition in 2007."
