CSI: Technology Outfitters Announces 43% Increase in Total E-Rate Awards Over 2006

Company Expands Role in School and Library Connectivity Within the Southeast

EASLEY, SC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 21, 2007 -- Computer Software Innovations, Inc. ("CSI") (OTCBB: CSWI), a provider of software and technology solutions primarily for the public sector, announced a forty-three percent increase in capturing new customers and retaining current customers as it pertains to the E-Rate program for the 2007 budget year. As a result of these efforts, CSI continues to increase its role in providing the framework for schools and libraries in the Southeast to expand their technology initiatives.

With an annual $2.25 billion E-Rate market nationwide, CSI is effectively penetrating their target market of the Southeast. CSI enhanced its efforts to further penetrate this market by responding to numerous solicitations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. In addition to adding eight new E-Rate customers, CSI was awarded contracts exceeding $24 million representing an increase of 43% over the 2006 funding year. The E-Rate program determines which schools and libraries will receive funding based on a variety of criteria, including financial need. Although it is not possible to determine how much of the $24 million will actually be funded for projects to be deployed by CSI in 2007, it is an indication of the program strength.

E-Rate was developed to ensure that most schools and libraries in the United States, regardless of income or geography, can benefit from new information technologies. The E-Rate program provides the districts and schools the funding necessary to purchase equipment and services from CSI and move forward with the implementation of their technology plans. With the successful installation of improved infrastructures, the districts, schools and libraries are able capitalize on the benefits gained from new technologies and provide teachers with the necessary tools to positively impact student achievement.

"CSI is dedicated to enhancing education in the Southeast through the use of technology," said Nancy Hedrick, President and CEO of CSI. "Our ability to participate in the E-Rate program to assist schools with the expansion of their technology plans is an outstanding opportunity for us, as well as the schools that benefit from these services. We are pleased to be a part of the educational growth in the region and look forward to expanding our impact in the area through the continued implementation of new technologies."

Keone Trask, Chief Technology Officer of CSI, added, "Today's technology is rapidly expanding, and schools and libraries must be equipped with the tools necessary to meet the technology-driven requirements that are placed upon them. The E-Rate program provides an excellent means for organizations to fund the connectivity required for these technologies and to open new doors for the expansion and implementation of their technology plans. We welcome and appreciate the opportunity to assist in achieving these goals."
