CSI Technology Outfitter's Kelley Turpin Recognized by Everything Channel's CRN Magazine as One of the Top 100 Women in the Channel

EASLEY, SC--(Marketwire - September 22, 2009) - CSI Technology Outfitters (OTCBB: CSWI), announced today that Kelley Turpin, Account Executive, has been recognized by Everything Channel's CRN Magazine as one of the Top 100 Women in the Channel. The Top 100 Women in the Channel were chosen by the editors of the magazine based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel. The Top 100 Women in the Channel represent a changing trend in a traditionally all male industry.

Kelley joined the team at CSI in 2002 when she was brought on to oversee the growth of the North Carolina educational accounts. It wasn't long before Senior Management recognized her abilities to bring people and partnerships together successfully.

Her unique ability to see where technology is heading and to guide clients in that direction, has since placed her in the position of managing the NC territory, two account managers and two product specialists. Her long term goal is to move into a Regional Director or Vice President role.

"Pieces to the puzzle, is how I look at it," Kelley commented recently when asked how she evaluates the need of the client. "I have been able to accomplish most anything when I set my sight on it," Kelley added. "My philosophy is that the sky is the limit if you have the right work ethic, attitude and drive."

"We are very pleased to see women executives reaching the highest levels in a wide range of dynamic companies. It is with great pleasure that we honor the women that have made a profound impact in the technology marketplace. We offer our congratulations to Kelley for her significant contributions to our industry," said Robert C. DeMarzo, senior vice president and editorial director, Everything Channel.

"We are very proud to see Kelley receive this recognition," said Nancy Hedrick, CEO for CSI Technology Outfitters. "Kelley has an amazing ability to truly understand the clients' needs and shape the appropriate solution to meet those needs. She's a tremendous asset to our team, and has been a key contributor to CSI's growth and consistent award recognition including listing on the VARBusiness 500."

A special feature of the Top 100 Women of the Channel is in the August issue of CRN Magazine and expanded coverage will be featured online at The VARBusiness 500 is the definitive listing of the largest IT solution providers, system integrators, IT consultants, and services companies in North America as measured by gross worldwide revenue.
