CSM Systems Corp: Visionstate Teams With Edmonton Transit System

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 17, 2007) - Visionstate, a division of CSM Systems Corp. (TSX.VENTURE:CKX), is pleased to announce that ViCCi, their virtual customer care agent, is kicking off a three-month pilot project with the Edmonton Transit System.

The company's core product uses interactive touchscreen technology and is now being tested at Churchill, Edmonton's busiest LRT Station.

ViCCi, the 3D avatar, will provide ETS customers with verbal and visual directions to bus stops, LRT stations, landmark buildings and downtown destinations. In addition she will provide routes and schedules, transit news and events - all with a simple touch of the screen.

"This pilot project demonstrates the flexibility of ViCCi in providing virtual customer care to people many different environments," said John Putters, President of Visionstate.

For the next few weeks ETS will have staff demonstrating the ViCCi unit and will be asking customers for their feedback.
