CSM Systems: ViCCi launched on Vancouver Island

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 29, 2008) - CSM Systems Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CKX): The motto "We're big on the Island" just got bigger for Woodgrove Centre in Nanaimo, British Columbia as the shopping centre became the latest property to feature Visionstate's state-of-the-art virtual customer care system.

The launch at Woodgrove Centre marks the sixth property to install the technology, which has already assisted millions of shoppers in locating stores, brands, products and services in shopping centres across Canada.

The technology, known as ViCCi™, uses touchscreens and an interactive 3D customer service agent to assist consumers in finding what they need in the shopping centre environment.

"Visionstate is extremely pleased to be out on the Island," said Visionstate President John Putters. "This launch marks the further penetration of this technology across Canada, spanning from British Columbia to Ontario."

"We anticipate huge growth in web-style technologies this coming year as the retail sector provides customers electronic information that is accessible to them in public locations," Putters added.

Woodgrove Centre installed three ViCCi™ units to serve their customers in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Along with the ability to provide information at a touch, ViCCi™ can also stream digital and interactive advertising using high definition monitors.

About VISIONSTATE: Visionstate specializes in providing virtual customer care applications in public places. A division of CSM Systems Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CKX), Visionstate designs technology to provide solutions to shrinking labour markets while enhancing the customer service experience.
