The CSSS of Vieille-Capitale and Quebec-Nord Choose MEDFAR Clinical Solutions for Their Electronic Medical Records Solution "MYLE"

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 14, 2015) - MEDFAR Clinical Solutions ("MEDFAR") recently won the invitation to tender for the CSSS of the Vieille-Capitale and Québec-Nord, the largest contract awarded in the province as part of the provincial initiative towards the computerization of primary care. As part of this project, the MYLE software will be deployed in 9 sites, adding over 500 physicians, residents, nurses and other health professionals to the MEDFAR network.

In competition with all other EMR providers in the province, MEDFAR underwent a challenging process in which our offer underwent thorough testing for:

1. Comprehensive functional and technological requirements,
2. Security audits to certify the protection of confidential data,
3. Actual clinical test scenarios to demonstrate live the capacities of different suppliers to meet the unique needs of clinical and clinical-administrative CSSS,
4. Validation of satisfaction surveys among customers across all offered service providers.

It is following this process of several months that the selection committee, composed of doctors, administrators, project managers and education directors, made its final decision to retain the services of MEDFAR.
