Among the most recent developments in CTI's portfolio of telecommunications management solutions are:

Proteus® 7 - CTI Group's new fully scalable hosted or premised-based call accounting and reporting solution for mobile, trading, VoIP and PBX telephony systems. Proteus 7 builds on the success of earlier versions through an enhanced user interface which provides much wider browser support, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Furthermore, the redesigned interface allows users to customize the screen layout which greatly improves data presentation on the dashboard and simplifies screen layout on administrative options. Proteus 7 comes with an enhanced reporting and analysis feature set. During the redesign of Proteus, every standard report was reviewed and numerous changes were implemented to ensure that data presentation met changing customer demands. The underlying reporting engine has also been changed to provide unlimited concurrent user access to reports. In addition, the new version has added many new data sets including reporting tax on billing reports to help accounts departments and an enhanced auditing system that enables IT managers to track any changes made to Proteus.

Proteus Mobile - an exciting new value-added module available to all users of Proteus 6.3 upwards. Users can now import their mobile phone bills and Proteus Mobile Reporting will provide detailed analysis of the cost and usage patterns of mobile handsets and 3G devices.

A true unified communications application, Proteus Mobile Reporting gives any business a unique perspective across all communications costs. Users can report on both fixed and mobile usage allowing Finance Directors and Telecoms Managers to assess the cost of operating mobile handsets and 3G devices. Cost analysis can be broken down per user and per department and coupled with the reporting of fixed line data, gives a much more complete picture of telephony costs and usage trends across the enterprise. The application provides complete visibility of roaming, voice, messaging and data costs.

SmartInteraction Suite - Engineered to meet the needs of VoIP and premised-based contact centers of any size in any industry, CTI Group's SmartInteraction Suite is a fully scalable and customizable interaction recording and quality management solution. Compatible with BroadSoft's BroadWorks UC platform, the Avaya Aura IP communications platform and Cisco's Unified Communications Manager, the SmartInteraction Suite is a highly configurable toolset which incorporates CTI Group's award winning call recording solution SmartRecord® with the advanced speech search and analytics technology from Aurix integrated within it. The SmartInteraction Suite provides organizations of all types and disciplines with a comprehensive platform for recording, evaluating and taking action on valuable phone based customer interaction.

Analysis 7(A7) - CTI will be introducing the latest of its Analysis 7 (A7) eBilling and enhanced analytics solutions designed to meet the demands of Telcos' multinational customers who require a greater understanding and consolidated view of their communications usage and spend. A7 is a scalable, efficient and user-friendly solution which provides communications and IT managers with a drill-down platform that is available from their desktops. With the increasing complexity of network communications systems, organizations across the globe are seeing an unprecedented amount of data flow through their business that must be managed and analyzed. Therefore, it is vital that service providers are able to provide their Enterprise customers with the tools to analyze this information while being able to control communication costs.

Sid Rao, Chief Technology Officer of CTI Group, commented: "With the promise of lower costs and improved business process management, we have seen a rapid increase in the demand for UC and virtualized technologies. However, to take full advantage of these evolving communication networks, it is vital that organizations have the tools to monitor, analyze and troubleshoot the performance of these systems. CTI Group has engineered its entire portfolio to meet these needs as well as to provide improved business intelligence for any business, regardless of size or industry. In addition, by deploying call accounting, call recording and analytics for their data analysis resourcing, organizations are able to free up staff to focus on their business critical functions."
