North American Staff Added to Support Avaya and Cisco Channel Demand

As part of a strategic channel growth initiative, CTI Group welcomes Walter J. Minor Jr. and Dawn McLeod to the company as Senior Channel Managers in North America.

Walt is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with 30 plus years' experience in the Data Processing, Telecommunications, and Unified Communications industry. During his career he has worked as a valued employee and contributor for world-class organizations such as Interactive Intelligence, Teltronics, Applied Voice Technology (AVT), Contel Executone and International Business Machines (IBM). He has an extensive background In Channel Partner distribution, Strategic Alliance/OEM channel management, and Strategic Account Sales specializing in Data Processing/Teleprocessing Communications, Unified Messaging, Contact Center, Unified Communications & Collaboration, Hosted Communications as a Service, and Managed Services.

Dawn brings both a technical level of expertise as well as senior business development experience with a diverse technology background in the unified communications space. She's an innovative strategist with proven ability to identify, launch, and manage initiatives in both emerging and established markets and has demonstrated competence in business plan development, tactical sales execution, and building and defining metrics to measure progress. A 12 year veteran of Cisco Systems, as both an engineer and channel account manager, she's worked and built 200+ voice partners across the U.S.
