CubeSmart Wins Two Stevie(R) Awards for Sales & Customer Service and 2016 People's Choice Stevie(R) Award for Favorite Customer Service

MALVERN, PA--(Marketwired - March 17, 2016) -  CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE), a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust focused on self-storage facilities, was awarded two Silver Stevie® Awards in the Customer Service Department of the Year and Contact Center of the Year categories in the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. CubeSmart was also honored with the 2016 People's Choice Stevie® Award for Favorite Customer Service in the All Other Industries category.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, March 4 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 500 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.

This is CubeSmart's fourth consecutive year receiving either a Gold or Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year and its third time receiving an award for Contact Center of the Year. CubeSmart's 2016 People's Choice Stevie® Award for Favorite Customer Service marks its second consecutive people's choice award. As an organization honored in the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, CubeSmart was eligible to be included in voting for the people's choice awards, which was open to the public from January 21 through February 19. More than 27,000 votes were cast. 

Over 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year's competition, and more than 60 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month.
