Cunard Luxury At Unbeatable Value

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 30, 2006) - Highlights in Cunard's 2006 programme for the two most famous ocean liners in the world, Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth 2, feature new twists on traditional Cunard holidays as well as completely new holidays - all at unbeatable value for early bookers.

The world's largest ocean liner, Queen Mary 2, offers 19 crossings between Southampton and New York. The Atlantic is Cunard's birthright and Queen Mary 2 really does prove that 'getting there is half the fun' and for 2006 Cunard has combined the famous Atlantic crossing on the world's only transatlantic liner with a collection of packaged holidays in New York. These packages include the six-day crossing, two-nights' hotel accommodation, transfers and flight and have early booking fares from GBP 949 to GBP 15,409 per person.

Traditional air / sea fares are available from GBP 799 to GBP 14,249 per person which really do offer value for money when compared to flight costs.

A new seven-night transatlantic voyage from Southampton to Fort Lauderdale on Queen Mary 2, currently has fares from GBP 979 to GBP 8,459 per person. This voyage is ideal for those who want to escape the British winter for a break in Florida.
