QE2 will make maiden calls at New Orleans, Elba, Zakinthos and Bilbao in 2006 and is guaranteed a grand reception at each of these ports.

Queen Mary 2

* 20 transatlantic crossings: The Atlantic is Cunard's birthright and Queen Mary 2 really does prove that 'getting there is half the fun'. 19 traditional crossings between Southampton and New York come with the added twist of being packaged in 2006. Fares range from GBP949 to GBP15,409 per person. The traditional six-day crossings with a return flight have fares from GBP799 to GBP14,249 per person. The new seven-day crossing to Fort Lauderdale departs Southampton on 11 November and has fares ranging from GBP699 to GBP8,459 per person and is ideal for those who want to escape the British winter for a break in Florida.

* European Voyages: Queen Mary 2 will offer six voyages in Europe in 2006 with fares from GBP1,499 to GBP18,999 per person for a 12-night voyage departing Southampton on 12 September and calling at ports such as Vigo, Barcelona, Cannes, Lisbon and Gibraltar. Queen Mary 2 will offer a four-night cruise from 4 July with fares ranging from GBP499 to GBP5,799 per person.

* 'Across the Pond' Voyages: The Cunard flagship will offer four voyages on the other side of the Atlantic in 2006 - two to Canada and two to the Caribbean. Queen Elizabeth 2

* An even more accessible QE2: Building on the success of QE2's short break voyages in 2005 Cunard has increased the number being offered in 2006 to eight meaning that the most famous ship in the world will be even more accessible than ever. An overnight party in Southampton on 28 July has fares from GBP129 to GBP569 per person while a five-night voyage starts from GBP549 to GBP2,579 per person.

* European highlights: The world's most loved ship offers her most varied and extensive ever European programme in 2006 with 13 round-trip cruises to and from Southampton: seven voyages to the Mediterranean, four to Northern Europe and two to the Atlantic Isles. QE2's 16-night Christmas Atlantic Isles voyage departs Southampton on 17 December and calls at Lisbon, Malaga, Gibraltar, Lanzarote, Las Palmas, Dakar, Tenerife, Agadir and Funchal; fares start from GBP1,999 to 13,359 per person

* 'Long Voyages': QE2 will offer a 20-night Canada voyage in 2006 (fares from GBP1,899 to GBP16,099) as well as a 28-night voyage to the Caribbean and Central America. The latter departs Southampton on 17 November and calls at Ponta Delgada, Fort Lauderdale, New Orleans, Cozumel, Limon, Cristobal, Willemstad, Grenada, Barbados and Madeira; fares start from GBP2,199 to GBP16,949 per person.
