CUPE 503 Media Advisory: 86 City of Ottawa Candidates Will Participate in Municipal Election Forum Tomorrow, October 8th

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 7, 2010) - CUPE Local 503 is pleased to confirm that 86 City of Ottawa municipal election candidates, will be in attendance for the 2010 municipal election forum on privatization.

Following their presentations, there will be a question and answer period.

CUPE Local 503 represents a wide range of municipal workers – including paramedics, those providing services to seniors, the homeless and families with low incomes, as well as childcare, public health, public works, library and recreation workers – to name just a few.
