CUPE locals affected by Bill 148 to gather in Truro

TRURO, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwired - March 11, 2016) - CUPE locals whose members are affected by the McNeil Government's Bill 148 will gather in Truro tomorrow, March 12, 2016, for a strategy session and to hear about a potential court challenge.

The gathering is in response to the McNeil government's heavy-handed legislation which infringes on free collective bargaining and exposes the government to a Charter challenge.
