Curt Gooden Joins C3/CustomerContactChannels as Sr. VP and CIO

Veteran IT Executive to Assist Company as It Moves Into Its Next Phase of Growth

PLANTATION, FL--(Marketwired - May 14, 2015) - C3/CustomerContactChannels, a global provider of customer management solutions for Fortune 500 clients, has hired Curt Gooden as Senior VP and CIO. Gooden has nearly two decades of experience leading IT departments at global business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. Entering 2015, C3 was the fastest growing customer service BPO based in the United States.

Gooden will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical planning, evaluation and coordination of C3's IT systems as well as consultation with clients and prospects to communicate value-add capabilities.

Prior to joining C3, Gooden was Vice President of IT Engineering and Operations at Intrawest, one of North America's premier resort and adventure companies. Before joining Intrawest, Gooden led global IT operations at TeleTech and Aegis. He spent several years working in Asia and the Middle East.
