CURTIS HiSpeed 441 Eco-Curtis Systems Is Revolutionising the Cooling Lubricant Market

HOCHHEIM, GERMANY--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - Increased demands on the part of the metalworking industry require innovative cooling lubricant solutions, since cost-effective production of premium work pieces can only be achieved using premium cooling lubricants. It is no longer an insiders' tip in industry circles that the quality of the productivity factor of cooling lubricant is a key factor.

For this reason, Curtis Systems, which is a leading innovator, enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry, not just in the "grinding carbide metal" sector. Nothing can be achieved, if you don't take constructive action" has been an integral part of company's philosophy and, at the same time, the recipe for success of the international family-run company.

From the outset, CURTIS Systems GmbH has been one of the few premium metalworking fluids suppliers and therefore has half a century of experience in developing high-performance cooling lubricants for the metalworking industry. The latest development from the laboratories of Curtis Systems GmbH has mastered its complex beta phase with flying colours and achieved marketability. The protection of humans and machinery in conjunction with process safety and extraordinary economic viability are the main goals when it comes to developing new high-performance cooling lubricant.

CURTIS HiSpeed 441 Eco is the name of the metalworking coolant of the future!

In this context, "Eco" stands for economy, in other words greater output with less consumption. The basis for the profitability of the process is a low dosage (5 - i8%) as well as an even lower refill dosage (0.5-1%). Maintenance and care with additional additives and support media tend towards zero. Based on the patented high-tech emulsifier system combined with Curtis' customary top raw materials, the product has above-average biological stability, an optimal pH-value- control with excellent corrosion protection as well as low foam behaviour in all water hardnesses from 3.5° dH. The product is completely free of bactericide and boric acid. A further advantage is its universal application of use in all current cutting metalworking applications using materials such as steel, high-alloyed steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals as well as brass and aluminium alloys. Due to its impressive rinsing behaviour, parts, tools and machinery continue to remain clean during the metal-working process with the result that, at the same time, an excellent finish can be achieved during extended tool and machine downtimes.

By using the right product, everything runs so smoothly as if it were lubricated.
