Lloyd attained her Real Estate License in 2013. She has been with the company since January 2, 2013 in the Salt Lake City office where she was in charge of the industrial database with 8,456 properties across the entire state of Utah. She worked with more than 20 industrial brokers and provided weekly updates and market trends. She entered and updated an average of 600 comps, approximately 1,700 availables each year and ran on average 170 surveys for brokers each month. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, ease to work with, and strong work ethic.
