BOISE, ID--(Marketwired - May 20, 2014) - The Boise office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that Shelley Wallace has joined its ranks as an office specialist.

Wallace will specialize in the leasing and selling of office properties, representing landlords and tenants as well as buyers and sellers.

A native of Idaho, Wallace is intimately familiar with the local economy and business community and has watched it evolve and grow. Her deep roots in the real estate industry are supported by years of mortgage and title insurance experience. This experience coupled with her commercial real estate knowledge gives her, and her clients, another level of expertise when assessing and executing real estate objectives.

Prior to joining C&W | Commerce, Wallace was a Commercial agent with another local firm, and worked for over 19 years in the mortgage and title industry. In addition, she is co-owner of EPSCO Powder and Industrial Coatings.
