Seasoned Executives Edward Turpin and Monty Montierth Bring Management and Operations Expertise to Drive Commerce Las Vegas Branch Growth


LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Aug 13, 2012) - Commerce Real Estate Solutions, an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance (www.comre.com), today announced it has appointed Edward Turpin as the new branch manager of the Las Vegas branch. In addition, Monty Montierth was appointed as the operations manager for the Las Vegas branch.

Turpin will be responsible for leading and directing the branch office by creating and driving a strategic business plan designed to serve clients, grow the firm's services in the Las Vegas area and recruit, develop, and retain the very best brokers and staff. He is taking the reins of the Las Vegas office after serving as director of the Asset Services Group for Commerce in the Puget Sound market. With 20 years' experience in commercial real estate Turpin has an excellent understanding of clients' needs and putting together the right services and team to drive success.

His expertise in operations management, acquisition and disposition of office and investment properties, national tenant representation, and new business procurement has prepared him well for this new position.
