Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Grows Property Management Team With Industry Veteran Steven H. Koch

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - May 22, 2013) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce announced it has added industry authority, Steven H. Koch as a Senior Property Manager in Salt Lake City. Koch is currently managing five projects that include office buildings, shopping centers and office condos.

"We currently have 7.5 million square feet of commercial space under management across Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Washington," said Angie Mazuran, Managing Director of Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Koch was a senior property manager for Newmark Grubb ACRES (formally NAI West) Property Management. He was responsible for all management functions for more than 800,000 square feet of commercial property. He was also a senior property manager of more than 600,000 square feet for Coldwell Banker Commercial. Prior to that, he was a property manager for Transwestern Commercial Services for several years.

With Commerce, Koch will develop budgets, monthly financial reports for owners, collecting rent, conduct tenant relations, maintain owner relationships and supervise the hiring of maintenance contractors for the properties he manages.

Koch earned an A.S. Accounting from L.D.S. Business College, Salt Lake City, Utah and studied math at the University of Utah.
