Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Negotiates 89,728 Square Foot Sublease in Sunrise Industrial Park

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Sep 8, 2015) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced it successfully negotiated the sublease of a large industrial building adjacent to the I-15 highway, facilitating a transaction for sub-lessor Global Equipment Company (GEC) and sub lessee VMinnovations.

Amy Ogden, Danielle Steffen, and Art Farmanali, Directors of Industrial and Investment for Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce's Las Vegas office represented the sub-lessor. Ogden and Steffen also represented the sub-lessee.

"Negotiating this contract required some creativity to resolve and meet each party's real estate needs," Ogden said. "For instance, we negotiated an equipment sale of the existing racking and other miscellaneous items, which benefited both parties. Furthermore, GEC had no downtime when relocating to its new facility."

The property is located within the Indcor Sunrise Industrial Park at Cheyenne and Marion. The property includes a total of approximately 89,728 square feet located within a 271,616 square foot multi-tenant concrete tilt-up industrial building.
