Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Releases Notable Northern Utah Q3 Commercial Real Estate Transactions


SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Oct 28, 2015) - Third quarter of 2015 showed great promise pertaining to the growth and continued forward momentum of the Northern Utah commercial real estate market. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce announced a number of transactions in and around the Ogden area, as well as in Salt Lake City.

The Eagle Eye Warehouse building in Layton signed a five-year lease for a 32,500 square foot refrigerated space at $0.70 PSF/NNN. Rob Lindsey, branch manager/investment specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce represented the landlord, Eagle Eye Properties, LLC. The tenant was UST MFG, LLC.

Hinckley Commons, a retail center located at 1479 East 5600 South in South Ogden, leased 4,421 square feet to Maria's Mexican Restaurant for $16.00 PSF/NNN for a term of five years. Julie Brown, associate, and Joe Florence, senior director, both of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce represented the landlord, Rafter H, LLC, as well as the tenant.

Hinckley Automotive, a 14,412 square foot space located at 2775 South 300 West in Salt Lake City, sold for $1.2 million. Julie Brown and Joe Florence represented the seller, Six H Limited Partnership. The buyer was Intermountain Batter, LLC.
