CVM Solutions Names Greg Silich as CEO

Experienced and Successful Leader Joins as Company Enters Dynamic Growth Period With Leading Supplier Management Solution

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - January 13, 2010) - CVM Solutions, a leader in enterprise supplier management solutions and owner of the CVM Master Supplier Database, today announced that Gregory J. Silich has been appointed as the company's CEO. Silich has more than 15 years of executive management experience, working for both multinational and entrepreneurial start-up companies, and has served on CVM's board for the past five years. Silich's addition strengthens and expands the management ranks with Rajesh Voddiraju remaining the company's president and Mike Anguiano staying on as chairman.

Most recently Silich served as CEO of Capital H Group, an Inc. 500 Fast Growth Private Company providing human capital and organizational performance solutions for large companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. Silich co-founded Capital H Group in 2003, serving first as its COO then being promoted to CEO in September 2008. Before founding that company, Silich held a number of senior executive roles at Leo Burnett Worldwide, a large marketing communications and media company, from 1988 to 2002.
