CYAD Announces Planet X Distribution Deal With Transit Television Network

Extreme Sports Programming to Launch on Largest Network of TV Screens in Transit Vehicles in the U.S.

TORRANCE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 20, 2006 -- CyberAds, Inc. (OTC BB: CYAD), an extreme sports and lifestyle marketing company, is pleased to report Planet One Ventures, Inc. (POV), a leading producer of extreme sports TV programming, has inked a deal to distribute video content through Transit Television Network (Transit TV), the largest out-of-home television network providing information, entertainment and advertising to transit riders across North America. Under the terms of the agreement, POV will be providing nearly 1,200 different segments featuring sports footage from Planet X's extensive library of video footage including surfing, skateboarding, snow sports and other extreme sports activities. Planet X and its base of producers have been producing video and film content over the past decade resulting in one of the largest extreme sports libraries in the world. Planet X TV is distributed to an audience of over 70 million households across North America.
