The registration statement filed today represents the Company's initial public filing pursuant to the provisions of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act of 2012, or the JOBS Act. Cyan's common stock is expected to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CYNI." The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
