Cyan Names Industry Veteran Mark Floyd Chairman

Wealth of Experience Working With Service Providers Worldwide Will Help Guide Company Through Next Growth Phase

PETALUMA, CA--(Marketwire - Jan 23, 2012) - Cyan announced that existing board member Mark Floyd has been named board chairman. A member of Cyan's board since early 2007, Floyd was most recently CEO of SafeNet and is currently chairman of the board at NetSocket and director at Riverbed.
