Cyber Defense Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 9, 2006 -- Cyber Defense Systems, Inc (OTCBB: CYDF), a designer and developer of next generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV's), announced the that certain changes were being made in the structure of its Board of Directors.

The Company announced that Jim Alman, a Founder and Vice President of the Company, has agreed to step down from the Board of Directors. This action will comply with the terms and conditions stated in the Merger Agreement between Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. and Techsphere Systems International, Inc. dated September 19, 2005. Mr. Alman will continue as Vice President of Engineering with major focus on UAV Development. He will continue to lead efforts relating to product improvements of the Company's family of CyberBugs, CyberScouts, Airships and new projects to enhance Cyber's competitive position in the marketplace.
