CyberAds Teams With Manufacturer -- Targets RV and Powerboat Markets

Marketing Agreement Executed with Madison Bay Holdings

TORRANCE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 27, 2005 -- CyberAds, Inc. (OTC BB: CYAD), an extreme lifestyle marketing company, announced today that they have executed a joint marketing agreement with Madison Bay Holdings -- a marketer and distributor of Recreational Vehicles, Powerboats and Leisure Watercraft. Per the agreement, CyberAds and Madison Bay will develop a co-marketing strategy for each other's exclusive products and have direct involvement in business operations ranging from commercial inventory establishment, equity and working capital financing to overall development and consultation.
