PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 4, 2014) - EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECSL) today announced that its subsidiary CyberFuels, Inc. has completed testing on our, "Singular 96 Diesel Additive" and our, "Singular 96 gasoline Additive."
In multiple independent laboratory tests our "Singular 96 Gasoline Additive" dramatically improved octane and increased the miles per gallon (mpg). The "Singular 96 Gasoline Additive" allows consumers to purchase regular 87 octane gasoline and increase the power and performance of that fuel to equal that of superior high test 93 octane gasoline, by adding a bottle of the "Singular 96 Gasoline Additive" to their tank at fill up. The test results for the "Singular 96 Diesel Additive" were equally impressive delivering an average Cetane rating over 51 when added to regular diesel fuel at fill up. This "Singular 96 Diesel Additive" improves engine performance, power, increases miles per gallon along with improving cold flow, increasing lubricity and cleaning fuel injectors.
CyberFuels will begin marketing our bottled additives, "Singular 96 Gasoline Additive" and "Singular 96 Diesel Additive" under the CyberFuels banner in the first week of April, 2014.
These superior CyberFuels products will be available to consumers through our company web site.
Ronald Mills, President of CyberFuels, stated, "We have been in discussion with both regional and global companies regarding private labeling for distribution through their respective channels. We expect to have a contract concluded with a private label business within the next quarter."
Additionally, CyberFuels has been in negotiations with both China and Russia in regards to initiating sales of our Singular 96 additives into those two countries. This would be accomplished through joint ventures to manufacture our Singular 96 fuel additives in each of the countries. Sales would be routed through currently existing channels of distribution. We are very excited about our progress in the fuels additive market.

About CyberFuels, Inc.:
CyberFuels products can be transported, stored and pumped like regular gasoline.
CyberFuels proprietary products are sold under the brand names Singular 96™, Imperial 96™, EMG 96™, and Noventa y Seis Mas™ and Eco Island Blend™, a hygroscopic (water absorbing) fuel.
The CyberFuels line of products also include a mpg adding Concentrate, as well as Blend Stocks to increase octane levels and engine performance for regular gasoline.
Our methanol based fuels are environmentally superior to gasoline, typically releasing 73% less co2 and 68% less heat into the atmosphere than regular gasoline. CyberFuels products offer a seamless alternative to gasoline.
CyberFuels, "Enhanced Methanol Gasoline" contains 85% methanol, 14% gasoline and 1% CyberFuels patented additive. Our fuels offer greater "miles per gallon" than regular gasoline, at a lower cost than regular gasoline. Unlike other proposed fuel options, there is no need to retrofit your cars engine and CyberFuels products have an "A" anticorrosion rating.
Each gallon of the CyberFuels Enhanced Methanol Gasoline has the combination of thermal and "virtual energy" to equal or exceed the performance of all grades of gasoline.
The source of the "virtual energy" in the fuel comes from previously wasted heat from combustion. That heat is now utilized to produce increased mechanical energy while the engine discharges less harmful heat to the environment.
