CyberKey Corporation Announces High Impact Advertising Campaign in Spring 2006 Issue of SpeedWorld Magazine

ST. GEORGE, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 15, 2006 -- CyberKey Corporation™ (OTC: CYKC), the market leader in USB storage device technology, which incorporates the company's patented Digital Rights Management™ technology, is announcing a high impact marketing campaign featuring advertisements in SpeedWorld Magazine.

The company is launching a full-page advertisement in the 2006 Spring issue of SpeedWorld Magazine. This magazine is marketed to a fan base of 75 million NASCAR fans, and a total of 150 million motorsports fans worldwide. NASCAR is the second highest rated sport on television, behind only football, and its fans represent $100 Billion in consumer spending.
