Cybermation Achieves Highest Growth Rate in Job Scheduling Software Market

MARKHAM, Ontario & CHICAGO, Ill.--(CCNMatthews - Oct 11, 2005) -

Cybermation, a leading developer of enterprise job scheduling and software change management solutions, today announced at the AFCOM Data Center World™ conference that it has been identified in a report from leading IT market research and advisory firm IDC, as the largest, and fastest growing focused vendor of enterprise job scheduling software, worldwide.

These results were published in the IDC Worldwide System Operations Software 2004 Vendor Shares. The report states that the growth rate of the job scheduling market was higher than predicted at 10 percent, an increase from last years number of 7.8 percent. The overall market grew to $1.25 billion, an increase from $1.13 billion in 2003. This is the third consecutive year of positive growth in this market which is credited to innovative technologies.

The growth rate for Cybermation was 17.7 percent, making the organization the only vendor headquartered in North America to grow faster than the overall market. The report cites "Cybermation has experienced solid growth over the past few years with a management team focused on customer satisfaction, product delivery, and sales development. The execution was no different during 2004, and customers have noted and like the focus of the company solely on job scheduling with ESP Workload Manager and ESP Espresso.(1)"

The IDC report recognizes Cybermation's focus on product development, by creating event-level job scheduling software with a single, unified software architecture for all platforms and applications. According to the report, "The company has been able to scale its support and partners channels for both mainframe and distributed solutions, and customers should expect the same level of execution over the next year.(2)"

"We are excited to be the fastest growing job-scheduling software vendor based on IDC's 2004 report," says Ray Nissan, CEO of Cybermation "and thrilled to be cited as the only vendor to grow faster than the overall market and more than twice as fast as any competitor in North America."
