Cyberplex Announces Agreement to Acquire Tsavo Media Shareholder Conference Call

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - Cyberplex Inc. (TSX:CX) a global leader in performance-based online marketing and technology solutions today announced that it has entered into agreements with respect to a series of transactions involving:

  • the acquisition of leading online media publisher, Tsavo Media, in a transaction valued at approximately US$75 million (the "Tsavo Acquisition"); and
  • a C$30.25 million bought deal private placement of subscription receipts.
