Hills, vice president of marketing for CyberShift, was honored by the Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ) at its Salute to the Policy Makers 2010 Awards Dinner on May 13, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick in New Brunswick, N.J. Currently celebrating its 30th anniversary, EWNJ holds the biennial fundraising event to recognize women of professional distinction in New Jersey.
Hills has more than 30 years of experience delivering sophisticated enterprise business application solutions to middle and large tier enterprises. As CyberShift's vice president of marketing, Hills drives the company's corporate and strategic marketing and public relations initiatives and oversees branding and corporate communications programs. Her efforts have been instrumental in the corporate positioning and market recognition of CyberShift as one of the top three enterprise workforce and expense management software vendors.
Prior to joining CyberShift, she spent 11 years at Computer Associates (CA) in various roles including senior vice president, worldwide marketing for CA's interBiz division. In that capacity, she executed a multi-year business plan to establish and maintain global product leadership in enterprise human resource management, financial management and supply chain management software. She also directed product management at Information Science Incorporated (InSci), a software company credited with pioneering the human resource software industry, to establish product direction and strategies. Hills earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics cum laude from St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Proceeds from the biennial event will fund EWNJ's scholarship program, which has provided more than $1 million in scholarships to more than 300 deserving New Jersey women enrolled in advanced degree programs at New Jersey institutions since instituting the program in 1986, as well as other programs that advance women. New Jersey Resources (NJR) Chairman of the Board and CEO Laurence M. Downes served as the event's honorary dinner chair. Elaine Chao, former United States Secretary of Labor, was the guest speaker for the event.
