CyberShift Workforce Management 3G is a 100 percent Web-based solution that has increased the efficiency and accuracy of the City's payroll and time and attendance systems by automating all wage calculations against the municipality's business rules for vacation, sick, holiday, overtime and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) work periods. Similar to other municipalities, the City of High Point has specific business rules related to employee schedules including split shifts, fixed regular hours regardless of time worked, emergency call backs and different departmental holiday policies.
