CyberShift Lauded as One of the Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies in New Jersey

For the Third Consecutive Year, Leading Provider of Workforce and Expense Management Software Recognized for Outstanding Growth

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - November 16, 2010) -  CyberShift, a global provider of workforce management and expense management software and services, today announced its recognition as one of New Jersey's Fifty Fastest Growing Companies for 2010 by NJBIZ, New Jersey's premier business news publication. For the third year in a row, CyberShift has secured a place as one of New Jersey's most dynamic companies that have progressively contributed to the success of the state's economic growth and stability.

To qualify for the NJBIZ Fifty Fastest Growing Companies program, organizations had to meet selection criteria that included a revenue size of at least $500,000 within the past three out of four years and revenue growth over a four year period, dating from fiscal year 2006 to 2009. Nominations were then calculated, with dollar and percentage increases taken into consideration, and then ranked according to revenue growth over the four-year period.

"We are honored to be recognized by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey's Fifty Fastest Growing Companies for the third consecutive year. This distinction once again reflects the strength of CyberShift's market position in the workforce and expense management technology sector," commented Robert E. Farina CEO of CyberShift. "Given the uncertainty of the current economic conditions, our customers need to drive a high degree of value from every software investment. Our company's success has been predicated on working closely with our clients to deliver the kind of industry leading functional capabilities and service levels essential to driving the kind of value that they rightfully expect from their technology partners."

In addition, honorees of the NJBIZ Fifty Fastest Growing Companies program will be highlighted in a special supplement to NJBIZ on November 22, 2010.
