CyberShift Names Jon-Marc Patton to Newly Created Position of Vice President Channel Support

Industry Veteran Promoted to Expand CyberShift's Initiatives in Target Markets

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - October 15, 2008) - CyberShift, a leading global provider of workforce management and expense management software and services, today announced that Jon-Marc Patton has been named to the newly created position of vice president, Channel Support. Patton has been with CyberShift for more than ten years in roles spanning implementation consulting and professional services management. For the past three years, he has worked as the director of the Solutions Consulting team, whose role is providing product and subject matter expertise to the CyberShift sales organization and prospective clients evaluating CyberShift solutions.

In his new role, Patton will assume responsibility for teams that coordinate and deliver presales support, training and education, and implementation services to existing and new channel partners.

Earlier in his career, Patton was responsible for senior project management of Information Systems at BOC Gases US, as well as manager of their North American Call Center Operations. He also managed North American Call Center Operations at Chase Manhattan Bank, NA.

Patton earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and holds a Project Management Professional certification.
