Cybersurf Launches Home Phone Service

CALGARY, AB -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 9, 2007 -- Cybersurf Corp. (TSX-V: CY) ("Cybersurf" or the "Company"), one of Canada's leading independent Internet technology companies, announces the launch of its new CIA Home Phone service initially available to consumers in Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Mississauga, Ottawa, Montreal, Gatineau and additional markets in due course. This service enables consumers to make both local and long distance calls using state-of-the-art VoIP (Voice over IP) technology, and follows the Company's successful launch in 2005 of CIA Home Phone Premium (including free high-speed Internet).

The Company's CIA Home Phone service is priced at a competitive $9.95 per month and includes unlimited local calling, North American long distance for $0.03 per minute anytime and 3 calling features. As with other VoIP providers, CIA Home Phone service requires the user to have a high speed Internet service. High speed Internet service can be provided by the Company or by other high-speed service providers.

"The launch of CIA Home Phone will provide Canadians with a true value-priced alternative to the incumbent telephone providers at a very attractive price, while offering the quality and features that consumers are used to," stated Paul Mercia, President and CEO of Cybersurf Corp. "With the launch of this service we are now able to focus our resources on expanding into new markets in Canada and the US, taking full advantage of our low-cost infrastructure while maintaining profit margins that provide long-term value to the Company's shareholders."
