Cyclone Commerce and Mahindra BT Sign Global Systems Integration Agreement

SCOTTSDALE, AZ and PUNE, INDIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 17, 2005 -- Cyclone Commerce, the Collaborative Commerce Company, today announced that it has signed a global systems integration agreement with Mahindra British Telecom (MBT), a leading IT services provider in the telecommunications industry. The companies will jointly deploy Cyclone's solutions under the agreement, which is one of Cyclone's first with a premier global telecom system integration provider.

Through this partnership and reseller agreement, MBT will offer its customers access to Cyclone's market-leading connectivity platform, compliance solutions and collaborative applications, while Cyclone will provide training, support and business development resources. The companies will jointly market each other's services to existing and prospective customers within key vertical markets.
