Cyclone Power Technologies Signs Binding Agreement With 3R Integration Manufacturer of Denmark to Fulfill 42 Million Dollars in Sales Worldwide

POMPANO BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Aug 21, 2015) - Cyclone Power Technologies (OTC PINK: CYPW), developer of the all-fuel, clean-tech Cyclone Engine, announced today that it has signed a binding agreement with 3 R A/C. based in Nyborg, Denmark, to manufacture and integrate Cyclones Heat Regenerative External Combustion engines with their furnaces to produce electrical power. This agreement will give Cyclone a manufacturing partner and integrator that have sales on the books and a facility up and running.

The total legal aspects of the Binding Agreement will be worked out over the next 30 days, however the agreement states there are two phases; In phase one 3 R A/C will pay for our lead engineer inventor, Harry Schoell, to go to their manufacturing facility that has 20 staff engineers, and fast track the production of the Mark 3 engine and the integration with their furnace. Phase two includes an equity exchange between Cyclone and 3 R A/C to benefit both Companies to share in profits. This additionally allows Cyclone to participate equally on revenue sharing with 3 R A/C's other partners. Also, in phase two 3 R A/S will market and sell the CHP throughout the world.

3 R is a company, founded in March 2015, based on more than 20 years of experience with a furnace solution based on the system with the latest technique that a patent is pending. The company is incorporated under Danish law, whose purpose of business is to produce furnaces and sales of heat and heating systems. The company currently is delivering heating solutions cheaper than the present solutions, including heating service contracts in compliance with the applicable international regulations. The heating solutions are now being produced in a China facility through a joint venture with a Chinese Manufacturer and 3R wishes to incorporate the Cyclone Engine technology with and without their furnaces to run a generator to produce electricity and sell the electricity. Currently 3 R A/S has the contacts and opportunities to sign contracts and pending orders for sales of $42 million USD of their solutions with Governments and private Companies across the world.
