Cygnus, Auto Club South Finalize Financial Processing Integration Project

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 17, 2005 -- Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. (OTC: CYGT) today announced that Auto Club South (ACS) has engaged Cygnus to assist with the integration of its financial processing system, marketed under the brand name cePay™, to the club's website. The integration joint effort will be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. ACS will then have the ability to accept member payments and renewals over the Internet by electronic check, offering the club a savings over credit cards.

Collaboration with Cygnus' financial services team was initiated to provide Auto Club South access to more efficient payment technologies throughout its retail branches, call center and Website. Cygnus will be the club's gateway for credit, debit and ATM card transactions, complemented by e-check processing both online and through the call center. The transactions are passed to Cygnus by way of an application programming interface (API).

Auto Club South, part of the American Automobile Association, accepts payments for member services through nearly 70 branches, two call centers and a website offering a wide array of travel tools. The relationship with Cygnus provides ACS significant cost savings by adding two new economical payment methods, PIN debit and e-check to the payment options. Operational efficiencies are created through the use of new card acceptance terminals at branches that use the company network to route the transaction, rather than costly additional telephone lines.
