Cygnus Licenses Firstwave CRM

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 15, 2005 -- Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. (OTC: CYGT) today announced that it has licensed a comprehensive suite of enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions from Firstwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSTW). The CRM components are currently being integrated with a variety of Cygnus' software applications to provide an enhanced feature-set as Cygnus expands into the event management market.

The Ginn Clubs & Resorts Open, an LPGA Tour event to be held at Ginn's Reunion Resort & Club in Orlando, April 24-30, 2006, will be among the first to leverage advanced event management features, including volunteer registration and management, Pro-Am participant and sponsor information, professional golfer registration and housing, technical and administrative event staff management. These specialized functions are in addition to Cygnus' internet and on-site ticket and merchandise sales, admissions control, financial processing, charitable donations and electronic credential distribution.
