Cypress Insurance Group Looks to Cincom for Customer Communications

Cincom Eloquence Software to Help Property & Casualty Insurer Deliver Improved Customer Communications

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - Jan 13, 2014) - Cincom Systems, a worldwide software provider, announced today that Jacksonville, Florida-based Cypress Insurance Group Inc. (Cypress Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Cypress Texas Lloyds, writers of personal lines property and selected commercial lines of general liability in Florida and Texas respectively) has selected Cincom Eloquence® as its enterprise customer communications platform to improve policyholder and agent communications.

Initially, Cypress will focus on integrating Cincom Eloquence with its MajescoMastek STG Suite to streamline its batch-oriented, policy issuance processes. The integrated solution will allow internal users as well as external agents to speed the generation of policies, invoices, cancellation notices, mailer reports, internal control reports and various other business communications. Once policy issuance processes have been addressed, Cypress will look at using Cincom Eloquence to generate real-time communications in customer-facing areas throughout the organization such as claims and customer service.
