Cytiva Retains Richmond Club for Investor Relations

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - October 24, 2007) - Cytiva Software Inc. (TSX-V: CRX), a leading provider of on-demand recruiting software solutions, announced today that it has retained the services of The Richmond Club, an investor relation firm, to increase investor awareness in Canada.

The Richmond Club is a Toronto media firm that showcases high growth companies to its membership through its website and at investor luncheon meetings. These presentations generate exposure to fund managers, stockbrokers and analysts. The Company will pay The Richmond Club a monthly fee of $1,450 for a period of 18 months and will grant 90,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.40, subject to regulatory approval.
