D-BOX Technologies Announces Election of its Directors

LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Aug. 14, 2013) - D-BOX Technologies inc. (TSX:DBO) (« DBO » or the « Corporation »), a leader in innovative motion technology, is pleased to welcome two new directors to its Board, Jean Lamarre and Kit Dalaroy.

Jean Lamarre has more than 35 years of experience in international business development, finance and corporate strategy. He is the Chairman of the Board of Télé-Québec and the daily newspaper Le Devoir and serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Semafo Inc. in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of TSO3 inc. as well as other private and public corporations.

Kit Dalaroy has held key positions at, among others, Citigroup, Crédit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and National Bank Financial where he specialised in corporate financings and mergers and acquisitions. He is currently partner at Champlain Financial Corporation with investments in various portfolio companies, and was recently named Chief Financial Officer of Landry Investment Management.

The Corporation wishes to thank outgoing directors Richard Soly, Pierre Mc Master, Strath Goodship and Philippe Roy for the significant contributions they have made to the Board over the years.

Moreover, all of the nominees listed in its management proxy circular dated July 15, 2013, were elected as directors at the Corporation's annual and special meeting of the shareholders held today in Montreal.
