LONGUEUIL, QC, Jan. 6 - D-BOX Technologies Inc. ("D-BOX") (DBO.A on the TSX Venture Exchange), a leader in the field of innovative motion technology, today announces that it has issued an aggregate of 10,341,443 common shares at a price of $0.55 per share, for gross proceeds to D-BOX of $5,687,794. Such shares were issued upon the exercise of 10,341,443 common share purchase warrants issued previously in connection with a private placement completed on February 18, 2010. The share purchase warrants were exercised by a group of institutional investors, including, among others, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Sipar. D-BOX relied on an acceleration clause in the common share purchase warrants to shorten the term of such warrants.

Following the exercise of such common share purchase warrants, 162,508,629 common shares of D-BOX are issued and outstanding.
