The program will provide the information necessary to pass Cisco's SMB Specialization exam, a requirement for Cisco® Select certification partners. The D&H program is an on-demand, module-based, no-cost offering that VARs (value added resellers) can access through a dedicated landing page, www.dandh.com/CiscoCertification. Once the training modules are completed, the distributor will provide each reseller up to two (2) testing vouchers, which covers the fee for the Cisco exam. The Enablement course content is condensed yet rich, allowing resellers to learn the required material at their convenience.
Cisco is requiring all its existing Select Certified Partners to earn the Cisco SMB Specialization by March 3, 2014. This process will update Cisco's channel partners on its technology including new topics such as cloud concepts, the vendor's SMB-level TelePresence™ products, plus virtualization and data center switching. Cisco's Select Certification recognizes the VAR's expertise specific to small and medium-sized businesses.
The Enablement Training Series offers a set of modules for the Cisco Account Manager (AM) and Engineer (EN) positions, plus resources such as FAQs and a recertification checklist. D&H's Cisco System Engineers will be available for live Q&A sessions on the material.
