D&H Strengthens VAR Support With "Cisco Pro" Partner Enablement Program

HARRISBURG, PA--(Marketwired - Jun 22, 2015) -  D&H Distributing, the leading North American computer products and consumer electronics distributor, announces it has implemented a new partner enablement program to support resellers and offer benefits that can help them increase their sales of Cisco® solutions. The three-tiered "Cisco PRO" (Partner Revenue Opportunities) program is aimed at D&H's Cisco Registered, Cisco Select, and Cisco Premier Partners in the US. D&H Canada also maintains a Cisco PRO program, for Cisco Registered and Cisco Select partners. Each tier offers a complimentary set of benefits and tools, which vary according to the reseller's level of membership, per country. 

The US program utilizes a three-tier approach: PRO Registered, Select, and Premier Levels, offering the following:

  • For all tiers, D&H provides vendor-specific Partner Services marketing templates and materials; dedicated sales specialist support; and exclusive training opportunities, including webinars and no-cost Select Testing. 
  • PRO Registered and Select members are privy to D&H's exclusive Cisco Loyalty club
  • PRO Select members receive the above plus: on-demand Cisco OIP (Opportunity Incentive Program) training; priority access to the Cisco system engineer (SE) Hotline for pre- and post-sales tech support; inventory forecasting; virtual training from Cisco system engineers (SEs); and Select Recertification Testing at no cost.
  • PRO Premier members receive the above, plus: on-site training from Cisco SEs; no-cost, express collaboration specialist services to help resellers sell, design, install and support the Cisco Business Edition 6000 portfolio of products and Cisco TelePresence® solutions.
  • The program offers a range of three-tiered benefits direct from Cisco including marketing and training services, OIP registration, Cisco Value Incentive Program (VIP) rebates, certified partner logo material, Cisco Smart Care eligibility and more, depending upon the tier.
