D-Link Canada and D&H Enter Into Nationwide Distribution Agreement

OAKVILLE, ON--(Marketwire - June 23, 2008) - D-Link Canada, the end-to-end networking solutions provider for consumer and business, today announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with D&H Canada, a major North American computer products and consumer electronics distributor.

As a result of the agreement, D&H will offer the full line of D-Link® networking and connectivity solutions serving small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) and enterprise environments throughout Canada.

D&H has been a long-standing strategic partner of D-Link in the U.S., growing business consistently year over year with particular success selling into growing SMB and education environments. This important expansion of the partnership into Canada will strengthen both companies' growth potential with expanded distribution and product offerings to serve a wider base of value added resellers and IT business customers.

The new relationship is part of D&H's rapid expansion in Canada, as the distributor approaches its one-year anniversary of operation in July. In that time, it has accumulated 110 vendor partners and is well ahead of its projections regarding customer volume for its first year. The partnership with an industry leader such as D-Link is a key element of that growth plan.

"D-Link has continually met the global networking and connectivity needs of small office professions, small to medium businesses, and digital home consumers," said Greg Tobin, general manager, D&H Canada. "We're pleased to be able to offer D-Link's innovative, reliable technology. It's part of our strategy to succeed not just via sales numbers, but by creating a reputation as a source for quality solutions and consultative, 'high-touch' support that keep customers coming back."

"D&H has built its business on servicing the channel with individualized attention for customers and manufacturer partners alike," said Keith A. Karlsen, executive vice president, D-Link Systems, Inc. "This agreement is further proof that our distribution channel program is one of the most successful in the industry."
