DAC Technologies Announces a 44% Sales Increase for May 2005 and Receives Large Wal-Mart Purchase Orders

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 14, 2005 -- DAC Technologies (OTC BB: DAAT) today announced net sales for the month of May 2005, of $576,470 as compared to $401,148 for May 2004. This is an increase of $175,332, or 44%. For the five months ended May 31, 2005, net sales were $3,425,570 as compared to $2,153,898 for the five months ended May 31, 2004. This is an increase of $1,271,672, or 59% for the first five months of 2005.

David A. Collins, Chairman and CEO, stated, "We have received 39 new purchase orders from Wal-Mart for the ten new items going into the Wal-Mart July permanent module set. These purchase orders will begin shipping the end of June through the first of July. The ten new items are gun cleaning kits and accessories, two manual meat grinders, an electric food processor and a portable, rechargeable ATV light. Since these items are permanent module items, they will be re-ordered on a daily basis through Wal-Mart's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) System with the Company."
