Gasper joins Dachis Group from The Topps Company where he served as Vice President -- General Counsel, and oversaw all of the company's global legal matters. Gasper became General Counsel of Topps in 2006 when it was a publicly traded company, helped lead Topps through its sale to The Tornante Company and Madison Dearborn Partners in 2007, and has been involved in Topps' continued strategic growth as a privately-held company for the past four years. Prior to joining Topps, Gasper was a mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance lawyer in the New York office of King & Spalding, an international law firm, for approximately eight years. He also held the position of Director of Business Affairs & Associate General Counsel at Razorfish, the world's leading digital marketing solutions firm, where he previously worked with Jeffrey Dachis, Dachis Group CEO and Razorfish Co-Founder, former CEO, and former Chairman. Gasper has a degree in mathematics and economics from Lafayette College and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
